www.htlmdog.com - One of my favourites. They have very good html and css tutorials for beginners, intermediate and advanced users. As if that isn't enough they have very good refererance pages for html and css. Definitely worth cheking out.

http://reference.sitepoint.com/css - Sitepoint also have a good reference/tutorial.

http://no.bjornars.net/web/css-for-begynnere.html - Here is a site for those of you that would like a Norwegian tutorial. Shows and explains how you can make a menu with css.

http://w3schools.com/css/css_quiz.asp
http://w3schools.com/html/html_quiz.asp - And of course w3school, but I want to point out the quiz-sections they have which is very use full. Used them a lot when i started up.
